Dakota Gold HP™
Its high protein content is the result of a new bio-refining ethanol technology called BFRAC™. This product comes from the fermentation of the endosperm fraction of the kernel. Dakota Gold HP™ is a true DDG; we do not add the corn condensed distillers solubles back to the wet grain prior to drying. However, because the bran fraction that dilutes the metabolizable energy is removed during the BFRAC production process, it still has high energy.
